A Lone Tree

Irony is in its vastness. A very simple depiction of tree in a tribal design, provides so much joy while painting it on such earthen material. Next step is to bring it up on a full size wall :)

So, it all starts from here...

Those old dusted brushes are seeing water these days, and there those 6B, 2B pencils  lying all around the place again, colored water stains on cloths, Ah nice feeling!!I can see all these things getting back in my hand again, more often than not. So, lines and strokes are flowing and I can see the beauty around me again :) Reasons which lead to it are too many and that's not important. Most important point is, my old buddy, painting, has come back to give me company. Painting is all about communicating and I found blogging is a best medium of doing so in this age. So, it all starts from here...

About what I paint?- its basically sketching and water color so far. I draw things around me, I putting my view of nature on paper as of now, having said that this is an experiment, exploration and education, you may see anything which amuses me at that moment, so stay tuned :).

BTW, Keen to know what you feel like about each of them....

Flowering Plant

A shade plant of my sunlight deprived garden, unleashing its own beauty of non flowering garden.  Shreya's choice of subject, worth the effort.

The Cherry Painted Pot

Playing with colors, subject - a beautiful painted pot from Budapest. Hope to do such pottery on my own soon :) till then, I can always paint..
